Beautifully modern farmhouse located in Champion, PA, only minutes from 7 Springs Renovated and professionally decorated from top to bottom, this home features 3 bedrooms (master has a king, second has a queen, and third detached bedroom being separate guest suite with queen bed and queen pull out), kitchen with granite and stainless, fireplace, a/c, huge deck. The home is set on 2 very private acres with woods on all sides and a stream running through the back yard. A short drive to the resort.

Fernwood Lodge

20 minutes or less to 3 ski resorts and 4 wedding venues. Relax and make memories in this spacious yet cozy home. A stunning property in all seasons that has every comfort your group could need! Great for families - very kid-friendly - reunions, and retreats, Fernwood is stocked with games and toys both indoors and out. The kitchen was stocked by a professional chef, always containing pantry essentials for cooking. A small 6th bedroom with full size bed is available upon request for $50/night.

Private getaway in the mountains of SW PA. 5 min from Ohiopyle and Fallingwater. Small home with a spacious deck and large open doors that make the indoor and outdoor space a single living area. Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. For those brining pets, keep in mind there are some dogs that run in the neighborhood and also plenty of other wildlife.

This beautiful mountain home is located on a private, wooded, quiet lot located across from the North entrance of 7 Springs. The 7 person Jacuzzi outdoor hot tub enjoys views of the slopes.
