La résidence est située à 50m des commerces (superette, boulangerie, location de matériel, restaurants, caisses forfaits de ski en hiver etc.) L'accès aux pistes de ski se trouve à 100m et le retour à la résidence peut s'effectuer skis aux pieds (de décembre à mai). Le logement dispose d'un casier à ski.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

In una casa perfettamente ristrutturata dell'Ottocento, puoi trovare tutti i confort per una vera esperienza di montagna. La casa si trova in una graziosissima frazione di 14 case, a 1560 m di altitudine, a fianco del bosco e direttamente su un sentiero per passeggiate e ciaspolate. La pista di sci di fondo è a 50 m da casa

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
