CURRENTLY, CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE BEING CARRIED OUT on a building opposite the apartment, so some days the noise could be increased. For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay. Our bright, cozy flat is located at the center of the modern city of Chania, within the vicinity of the city's shopping center, the central bus station, the old town of Chania with the venetian harbor and the beach.

This is a lovely , spacious one bedroom apartment with gorgeous sea view . It is perfectly located right next to the famous beaches of Nea Chora and other beautiful beaches nearby. It is within walking distance to the historical old town of Chania as well as the center of Chania and has many taverns, shops, cafés and other amenities close by. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen and other appliances to ensure a comfortable stay.

In 15 minutes walk you are in the lidl super market and there is a mini market at 300 meter away.Also the famous caffe koukouvaya is at 10 minutes on foot.q
