The Stone House - Μεζονέτα Δύο Υπνοδωματίων

Μια άνετη πετρόχτιστη μεζονέτα 98 sq.m. σε συγκρότημα τεσσάρων συνολικά κατοικιών ενός αρχοντικού του 19 αιώνα, παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις για να απολαύσετε μια μοναδικά αξέχαστη διαμονή. Χτισμένη ανάμεσα στους αιωνόβιους ελαιώνες σε μια καταπράσινη γειτονιά του χωρίου Κακοδίκι σε υψόμετρο 560m παρέχει μαγευτική θεά στα βουνά της επαρχίας Σελίνου. Μόλις 7 km από την ιστορική Κάνδανο κοντά στις ομορφότερες παραλίες της Κρήτης: Παλαιόχωρα (χρυσή αμμουδιά), Ελαφονήσι (ροζ αμμουδιά), Σούγια (βότσαλο).

Επίσης, διαθέτει πάρκινγκ, μεγάλη ιδιωτική αυλή για στιγμές ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή αλλά ταυτόχρονα σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το Παλαιό Λιμάνι, τη Δημοτική Αγορά, το κέντρο της πόλης, την παραλία και το λιμανάκι της Νέας Χώρας.

Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.

Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Villa Fudulis renovated cozy house with veranda

Villa Fudulis is a renovated houseof 95 m2 and is located at the center of Ravdouchas village . It was built on a rock, so it provides a wonderfull view to the sunrise. It has one bedroom with a single and a double bed. At the open- plan kitchen, is a table for four, and at the same place there is a couch and a single bed. The place is perfect for couples or families of 4. Books, TV, free WiFi, cozy atmosphere and a nice welcome basket for all our visitors, with local products!

Villa Rosemari, Anatoli Apartment

"Anatoli" apartment is located in the center of the graphical village of Afrata. The name itself, refers to the sunrise. Here you can enjoy the view from the heights of the peninsula "Spatha" combining the breeze of the beautiful coastal line. Two traditional restaurants are located in the aera near our apartment where you can taste the local products of our place. Concluding, access to the beautiful organized beach of "Afrata" is provided by car, or hiking through a small gorge.
