The apartment is flooded with light and offers estuary views from the living area and master bedroom each of which have doors onto the generous terrace. The bedrooms have their own ensuite and there is a cloakroom in the hall way. All beautifully fitted to the highest standards this apartment can not fail to impress. At the beach - quiet and private

Our guest apartment is alongside our own house with its own parking and entrance and private south-facing patio garden. We are on the coast in the parish of St Clement and have private beach access from our property. There is a bus stop at the end of our drive and the buses run throughout the day and until late. There is a Coop supermarket two doors away. Coastal and rockpool rambles on your doorstep and easy access to the country lanes too.

With distant views of the sea and surrounded by beautiful South Hams countryside, it's a great location for a family holiday or a relaxing getaway and dogs are welcomed too. Slapton is a pretty village with ancient narrow streets leading down to the sea and is only a 20min drive to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes.
