My place is close to the Bike Path, Edgartown, South Beach, Katama General Store, Katama Farm, Edgartown Lighthouse, great views. Take the bike path either direction for all of the island's attractions. You’ll love my place because of the Renovated Kitchen, Renovated Bathrooms, Comfortable Furniture, Convenience to Everything, Outdoor Shower, Deck. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Gated 2br house with lots of different places to lounge and relax. Drive through the 10’ granite gate onto the shell driveway. The house is filled with art from local artist Alan Whiting, Colin Rule, Kara Taylor and Scott McDowell. There is so much to do and explore. Selected dog friendly, Immaculate beach house this is the perfect property to bike to the beach and then to dinner in Edgartown. 1.2 miles from beach South Beach, and 1 mile from Edgartown's Main Street. The Carriage house is very homey and in a nice quiet setting. The house is surrounded by gardens, providing plenty of privacy. There is a nice outdoor space with a table and chairs and a grill to cook on as well. There is also central air throughout the entire house. Newly renovated kitchen and new furnishings throughout the space.
