With five bathrooms, two kitchens, underfloor heating & full wheelchair access throughout the property. The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. Cosy for couples and ideal for families, the property has been designed for elegance and accessibility.

Ce gîte dispose d'une terrasse privée avec salon de jardin et barbecue pour des moments exclusifs avec vos proches. RDC : Hall d’entrée, salon, salle à manger, cuisine équipée N°1/ chambre avec 2 lits 90 et salle d’eau avec WC Etage: N°2/ chambre double avec lit 160 et salle d’eau avec WC Pour votre confort, les draps et le linge de toilette sont fournis.

There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Comme à l’aube du 18ème siècle, ici tout respire la paix, l'harmonie et la beauté. C’est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer et rayonner à la découverte de la superbe région de Dordogne. Chez Colette et Mimi est l’ancienne grange, bâtie en 1702, que nous avons convertie en maison luxueuse.

Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.

The Gites benefit from beautiful thick stone walls which help keep the rooms cool in the summer, whilst retaining the heat in the winter. The Hanger provides a great place to sit and eat anytime of the day (or just sit and relax) with that all important shade in the summer. We live in the house on the other side of the courtyard and are there to provide you with any assistance you may need with your stay, or to leave you in peace to enjoy your relaxing holiday at Les Grandes Ecures.

A moins d'un kilomètre, le bourg de Tocane offre toutes les commodités. Entre Brantôme, Périgueux et Ribérac, vous pourrez découvrir au gré de vos envies la richesse du patrimoine, les marchés colorés ainsi que les nombreux festivals de l'été.

Vous y trouverez un espace salon doté d'un poêle de qualité pour illuminer vos soirées à la saison fraîche, un espace cuisine équipé pour tester vos découvertes gastronomiques locales, un confortable espace nuit et son espace toilette attenant. A l'extérieur, un petit jardin arboré vous assure une tranquillité totale. Le tout à quelques minutes du magnifique village d'Aubeterre-sur-Dronne et sa plage aménagée !

Ressourçant par nature avec sa basse cour et ses chèvres ! Vous serez idéalement situé pour découvrir ou redécouvrir la Dordogne.
