Awarded 3 stars by the France Tourism board. Our home lies in the nationale park Périgord-Limousin, close to 2 market towns. The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with a king size bed. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. We welcome everybody, singles, families, pets...

Cabane tout confort au milieu des arbres. Situé à la campagne, dans une zone boisée, la cabane, est à 3 min de toutes commodités (boulangerie, épicerie bio, supermarchés, enseigne de surgelés...) et à 3 min du coeur de ville de Saint-Junien, (marché hebdomadaire le samedi matin, halles couvertes, bars, restaurants, médecins, hôpital...). Elle se situe également à 10 min du centre de la mémoire d'Oradour Sur Glane et à 20 min de Limoges, ville d'Arts et de Feu, célèbre pour sa porcelaine.

Idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Vastes chambres à l'étage et espaces communs conviviaux. Baby foot, ping pong, vidéo projecteur. À l’extérieur, jardin et terrasse couverte . Le charme de cette maison du XVIIIIe siècle réside aussi dans son emplacement à proximité d’une rivière avec plage aménagée, zone de loisirs et guinguette, à laquelle on accède directement depuis le jardin (clôturé) sans emprunter la route. Tous les commerces du quotidien sont accessibles à pied.

With lots for all ages to do, including a large pool, games room, private fishing lake, bikes, fire pit, pizza evenings (summer only) Near to Villebois Lavalette and great base for Dordogne and Charente. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, range cooker, and lovely antique dining table. Doors lead to a terrace with views down over the pool, play area, across the river valley.

Gite and first floor of the Mill House

"An excellent place for all to simply relax and enjoy the location and surrounding area. Visit some truly spectacular places, there are plenty of walks right on the doorstep including a path to the Grand Etang, this lake is one of the largest and most beautiful bodies of water in the department. Easy access to Nontron, famous for knife manufacture and the cities of Angouleme, Perigueux and Limoges are all equidistant with the latter being the closest airport at around an hours drive.

La Ferme du lac is situated down in a beautiful wooded valley and is totally secluded. There is peace and tranquility on the doorstep.
