This cozy apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and workspace. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two; however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gaslight district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmers' market. We welcome bookings from guests ages 21 and over.

Clean fully furnished one bedroom apartment overlooking the South arm of lake Charlevoix. Bedroom has a queen bed in living room is a pull out queen size sofa bed. Strong Wi-Fi included. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes pots and pans silverware enough to cook a full meal. Kitchen has a table with four chairs. Bathroom has a nice fiberglass shower stall. Easy half-mile stroll to the main streets of East Jordan for restaurants. Boat launch 1/10 mile away. City beach right across the street.

The apartment is partially above commercial businesses, including your host, The Harbor Barber (no chemical services offered - so no funky odors from below). This space was 100% improved in 2021. The property is a short walk/bike-ride from the bike path, and iconic downtown Harbor Springs, the Lyric theatre, a dog beach, a bathing beach and so much more. Your host freely shares his knowledge of the history and current events happening around town.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the sunrises and sunsets on the farm out the panoramic windows. We do live upstairs and you will be able to hear us through the floors. The entire apartment is private, with your own driveway, entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space.

EXCELLENT VIEWS OF THE BAY IN DOWNTOWN PETOSKEY - WHERE YOU WANT TO BE In 2018 we added "Sunset Glory Too" along with "Sunset Glory". Everything is new and updated. Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. It is also an opportunity for families or friends to book both of our apartments to extend their getaway into one large private area. These are the only two vacation rentals on our property.
