A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.

The Granary is a lovingly restored two bed + one bath cabin located on 12 wooded acres with a secluded Lake Michigan beach nearby. Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
