We're on a beautiful beach-front street in Wailea/South Kihei, right across from Kamaole Beach Park, Charley Young Beach, a popular swimming and sunset viewing spot. Steps away from local shops, right next to bars and restaurants: to the left and right of our place, you will find Rainbow Mall, Cafe Kihei, Maui Fish'n Chips, Maui massage spa, surf school and more Maui's short-term rental phase out: if passed, our home is in the last phase, Jan 2031. We continue renting out until the last day.

Maui vista condo complex is located in the heart of Kiehi. Restaurants, shopping, you can enjoy walking out to dinner . Beaches are across the street . A great beginner surf spot Kam 1. Charley Young Beach is a beautiful cove for swimming & sun bathing . Sunsets are a must to explore with a glass of wine . If you enjoy walking take the wagon to Food Land Grocery store . This location has much to offer . I have 4 people allowed it is a 1 bedroom condo . I stay with my family we do well.

Nice for a small family. 6 maintained tennis courts. We play daily while here. 3 pools on site and BBQs too. 1 bedroom/1 bath. Nice breezes. Nice view of grounds with a backdrop of Partial Ocean and West Maui Mountains. All taxes included in Airbnb total (Hawaii GET+TAT) tax of 18.5%

Our home is within a 5 min walk to Charlie young beach! Live music within walking distance! These are not party condos, quiet time begins at 9pm.
