In addition, you have a beautiful heated saltwater pool, a dock with gorgeous water views and boat lift.

Our Airbnb is the perfect place to relax. It’s a great space to read, play games or watch a movie. It has a nice Florida room that overlooks the fresh water canal or grab a chair and head down to the canal to chill or fish! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 35 minutes to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach on Gasparilla Island, 40 minutes to Venice Beach or Manasota Key where you can find shark teeth or only 55 min to the well known Siesta Key Beach!

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.
