Yet amazingly quiet and secluded. Everything on site for a day on the beach! Backyard has a barbecue and fire pit for cozy nights outside. House is perfect for a couples getaway but please note!!! The upstairs bedroom loft is very open and not conducive to late morning sleep ins!

Located across from a sports field, children will find plenty to do! Note: the back yard isn't fully fenced in. Sport fisher's delight with close proximity to Genesee River and Lake Ontario, including Ontario Beach Park. Check out the Charlotte Beach boardwalk!

In-law apartment with private entrance and completely furnished separated from main house by a hallway and 2 doors. Quiet suburban neighborhood yet not far from expressways, airport, shopping centers, colleges, and restaurants. Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.
