This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

Second floor apartment with private access, views of 2 ponds & your own 2nd story deck. Fall in love with Saratoga this year! Admire the gorgeous scenery, head to local attractions and discover other traditions that make the region come alive. We are 20 minutes from Saratoga Springs and SPAC. Hiking, horseback riding, biking, walking trails and dining all close by. Or just set out on our 21 acres of woods and trails or grab a glass of wine and a book and sit on the edge of our ponds!

Experience ultra-glamping at this brand new off-grid cabin, and pergola with an outdoor kitchen and sleeping loft. Relax, unplug, sit back and enjoy the view, the hawks circling above, a crackling fire, your favorite beverage and if you want, your two best friends to join you. It's up to you who gets the cabin, and who gets the sleeping loft - each have a comfy queen bed and both come with an amazing view. This is glamping, but in regal style, dog friendly and loaded with amenities.

A short 30 drive including MVP Center, Palace Theater, the Egg. Crossgates and Colinie Center shopping Malls. Only 20 minutes to Schenectady and Rivers Casino, M&T Center, Proctors Theater. Close to many hiking trails and places to drop in a kayak. Ballston Lake public launch is 4 minutes away. Extended stays are welcome!

As hosts, we prioritize your privacy and offer a hassle free experience with super easy check-in/check-out and no cleaning fee. Please be aware that the bathroom shower in this space is compact.

Cozy charming one bedroom suite.

Have fun at this stylish setting. There is one bedroom, a large bathroom with tub, living room and kitchenette. Included is a futon which accommodates 2 smaller children or one adult. There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
