Disclaimer: For your safety of our property and our guests, one surveillance camera has been installed on the front porch. Guests have access to the entire home, including back patio. PLEASE NOTE: The loft is accessed via a steel ladder that is secured to the wall. We ask that guests use ladder carefully and at their own risk. We are always available via telephone or through the app. The house is in the Coronado Historic District, a quiet residential community of young families and artists. Several restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Downtown Phoenix is a 5-minute drive away. Guests are welcome to park on the gravel driveway, two cars can fit tandem. The guest bedrooms have blackout roller shades and the living room windows have privacy roller shades.
