Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Immersa in un ampio giardino gode di una splendida vista sulla nostre montagne . Nei mesi invernali , il sole non scalderà le vostre giornate ma il calore del camino rendera' unico il soggiorno. Situata in mezzo alla natura ai piedi del parco naturale del Mont Avic, a 4 km dal casello autostradale di Verres, a 40 minuti da Aosta e 20 minuti dal Forte di Bard. Champdepraz è un piccolo paese della Valle d'Aosta, di posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere facilmente le diverse vallate: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher e Cervinia.

Perched on the mountainside, away from the noise of the town, you're only a 12 minute walk to the center and a further 8 min to the station. We warmly welcome visitors from all backgrounds and continents!
