PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Situé à 5 min de la sortie d'autoroute Avignon Nord aux portes du Lubéron notre demeure bénéficie de proximités attrayantes. En effet Avignon centre se situe à 12 min en voiture (5min avec la navette ferroviaire), 10 min des parcs de loisirs Spirou et Wave. Visitez dans un rayon de 30 km tout ce qui fait l'attractivité de notre région (Gordes, les baux de Provence, le pont du Gard, Saint Rémy, le Mont Ventoux, fontaine de Vaucluse, Vaison la Romaine et les innombrables, villages touristiques)

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.
