There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. There is a pretty garden and pond & the property is approx 2.5 miles from Tenterden and 2.5 miles from Biddenden. 5 mins drive from Tenterden & on 12 bus route.
