This newly renovated lake front home in Hayesville sits on the north side of LakeChatuge, just off Hwy 64. Once inside, the lake views are amazing from living, dining, kitchen and each of the 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have king beds and ensuite bath. Perfect for family reunions or a couples retreat. The outdoor space has something for everyone, firepit, a summer house loaded with lake toys and lounge chairs. The dock allows easy boat access and a boat ramp is within the subdivision.

Mountain House Rental at the Lake

This is a four season vacation spot. Create your own memories in the western North Carolina mountains by Lake Chatuge! Enjoy great hiking, boating, fishing, and much more! Take advantage of the hiking and biking on the Jack Rabbit Mountain trails along the shores by Lake Chatuge. Winter discounts available from January 1 until March 31. OPTIONAL MINI COTTAGE (for a third bedroom that sleeps 2) with Queen sized bed and TV but no extra bathroom for an extra $25 per night plus $25 cleaning.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

Our Lake house is located on Lake Chatuge in a quite secluded neighborhood in the beautiful North Georgia mountain town of Hiawassee. We are on the lake with an accessible deep water dock. This house offers lots of cozy indoor and outdoor space with plenty of seating, including covered seating areas off of each king room, a large open deck, a lower deck, fire pit, and covered patio next to water. We know you'll enjoy your stay at the Licklog Lake House on Chatuge Lake. This lakefront house is spacious enough to sleep 12+ (3,300 sqft w/ 4b/3b) and cozy enough to feel like home. Take the foot path or the golf cart down to the dock and spend your days relaxing on the water, or simply enjoy the view from the house, the patio, or the fire pit. When you're done, chill in the rec room until dinner. Launch your boat at either of the 2 nearby boat ramps and tie up at the dock
