Whether you are a family, a couple looking for a romantic getaway, a group of friends or hunters …. You can relax and enjoy yourselves at our 50-acre retreat. The moment you set foot on the property, you will be surrounded by nature and free from unwanted distractions. Relaxing on the front or back porch, the only sounds you’ll hear will be the babbling of the creeks or birds singing. Want to fly in? We have a 2,400 foot grass strip runway. 2.5 miles from Kinzua Reservoir Onoville boat launch.

Rustic Retreat

A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.
