The home is located just two blocks from the beach, a short drive to the SUNY Fredonia campus and within the Chautauqua wine trail. You will find it is very clean, well maintained, well stocked and provides a private backyard with covered porch. This is a great location for anyone who wishes to visit the campus, enjoy Lake Erie, explore Chautauqua County or coming into town to visit family. Nearest beach access is next door at Lake Erie State Park. This is a country home on 3.3 acres of lake front property adjacent to a wooded, 355 acre New York State Park. You may encounter a spider, fly, ant, along with the abundant wildlife!

This is a cozy camper, sitting in our back yard facing our country wooded property, very quiet. Very nice view of the woods. Very nice area for a fire to sit around. No winter rentals. About 7 miles from Chautauqua institution, 2 miles from Chautauqua lake and 5 miles midway park. 8 miles from Lake Erie and wineries, 9 miles from lily dale. Check out our other campers as well.

Studio Apartment on the Lake
