Allows quick access to Ludhiana as well as connect you well with many highways. (Chandigarh is 1.5 H drive or 80 Km). Apartment is located on 2nd floor which is completely secluded from other floors, so no disturbance from others and first level is where we stay with our family and always available if needed.

This 4 BHK villa has been our home for a long time and we converted it to a rental space keeping all our furnishings and artifacts (that we've collected from all over the world) intact. A big private garden can be a place to relax, host a small gathering or kids pool party. We have a glass-house on 2nd Floor which doubles up as a party place or accommodation for extra guests. All the rooms and living space are air conditioned. There's a fibreglass ceiling ensuring ample natural light throughout.
