Spacious 4 bedroom house with large yard and deck overlooking the farm. Located near Cooper's Rock state park, boating or skiing at Deep Creek Lake, kayaking on the Sandy River and Ohio Plyle for rafting, biking and hiking. Short drive to Screech Owl Brewery and for terrific craft beer and great food. 30 minutes from the WVU football stadium (excluding football traffic delays). Approximately 25 minutes from Cheat Lake. No pets or smoking allowed. No air conditioning but fans in all bedrooms.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.
