Clean cabin with UP NORTH log furniture nestled above the picturesque sunset side of beautiful BLACK LAKE! Black Lake is a 10,000 acre all sports lake. The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

So is the winter now. Under the glaring sunshine, Cheboygan is a winter wonderland where you can enjoy delicious food at a local restaurant or simply step outside of the house to play with snow during the day. In the evening, fireplace offers cozy and warm environments for people to chat and relax.

Amazing fisherman's paradise. Burt lake access across the road & boat launch is just 1/2 mile away. Lots of parking. Lots of space inside to get ready for a day on the lake and for prepping family meals. This place is ideal for humble fishing families looking for a warm bed, hot shower, good meal, and a great time in the woods! We are off the beaten path, 15 minutes to town. We have high speed WiFi but the cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!

Only a 30 min. drive to Mackinaw City from where you can take the ferry to enjoy the day at Mackinac Island. Easy drive to Petoskey and so much more! Fun awaits!
