This is my birthplace and a place I call home when I have the chance to return. Since it isn't good for a house to be empty, I would like to share this homey feeling with others. The renovation of a 150 years old house is an exciting challenge. The goal is to preserve the traditional architecture, but in the same time to provide the comfort of the 21st century. This beautiful wooden house is in Énlaka, a small Transylvanian village, surrounded by nature. Izgalmas feladat a mai kor igényeire formálni egy 150 éves házat. Úgy fújni le a port a régiről, hogy az ne a műanyag csillogás múló divatja felé szálljon, de túlságosan a múltba se ragadjon, giccsesen nosztalgiázva.

This lovely attick room is really cosy; there is also a large kitchen downstairs. Living here will secure you front seats for observing the traditional everyday lifestyle of Viscri. All you have to do is open the gate. In April & October, this house is heated like in the old days, with traditional fireplace. House facilities: one room with 2 twin beds, one bathroom, kitchen, parking space, shared yard. Part of a bigger group? Book also 161A. Children aged 3-12 pay half of the price.

The apartment is located in an old building and gives you that feeling of actually living in an authentic old-fashioned ( original wood floor, windows and wood stove) but comfortable and cosy house in Sighișoara like they used to be. The room is spacious and has a charming air with Romanian decorations and the kitchenette has everything you need for easy cooking.
