Welcome to Larkinville! A lively but quaint neighborhood with walkable restaurants, shops, breweries and is pretty much 20 minuets from everywhere in Buffalo and our surrounding suburbs. Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor of a 2 story, 5 unit apartment building sitting on a corner lot. Guests get 1 off street parking spot and access to the shared side yard. Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Close to Niagara Falls and Airport, Mall nearby

Niagara Falls is only 30minutes away.Very nice neighborhood.4minutes from Galleria Mall. Plus many more stores nearby.Many places to eat and have some drinks! Sleeps-5 we have a clean pack and play for your little one. Has own key entry Couch in living room , roll away bed. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv.The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly.Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.

Located just steps away from Delaware Park, Forest Lawn Cemetery, and Elmwood Village, we are within walking distance of some of the locals' favorite spots. We've got it all with safe, secure, off street private parking, quiet & clean, in the best spot!

Modern Studio in Allentown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this central home base. Just two blocks from Allentown’s nightlife, two blocks from the medical campus, and a short walk to downtown, concert venues, and Elmwood Village. Just a heads-up: the unit is on the street level and next to the entrance, so it can be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends. We provide earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper it might not be the best fit. Parking on Franklin St.
