The apartment is new with high-end finishes, but there is still a storage container outside in the front of the house. (See pictures.) Cozy up during your next trip to southern New Hampshire! The Estate Escape is a perfect place for a peaceful escape with its own hot tub. The Estate Escape is minutes away from Canobie Lake Park, Castleton, and La Belle Winery. It is a short drive to Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

This is a private in-law apartment in the basement of the home. Full Kitchen/living room combination, full bath and 1 bedroom with private entrance. Close to Routes 93 and 128 and 95. 15-45 minute drive to Boston depending on the traffic and time of day. Convenient to grocery stores and shopping plaza, casino. We live in the main house above the apartment. There is potential for a little overhead noise. Please read the whole listing and house rules. Must be 21 to request this listing!

This 3rd floor suite is less than 2 miles west of Harvard Sq. You'll have exclusive access to the space, which has a full bathroom and kitchenette. There is a queen bed suitable for two people and the couch in the living room converts to a bed for one. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe, and has a lot to offer. Public transportation (bus) is a 5 minute walk. The trip to Harvard Square is 10-15 minutes. I live in the home downstairs and am available should you need me during your stay.
