Parking is off 414 with ample space for 3 cars. This remodeled home has hard wood floors, custom kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops.

The Finger Lakes Antique Pump House is located in the southern gateway to the Finger Lakes. It is part of Galusha Farm 85 acres compound with trails, stream and waterfalls. 10 minutes from Watkins Glen. College town Ithaca and glass making Corning are 30 minutes from your bungalow. The Pump House deck over looks small ponds and a quiet forest. It is nestled next to a 215 year old barn. The property has an outdoor cooking area. Wineries, breweries, restaurants, recreation await you or just chill.

Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.
