This recently improved riverfront cabin, has a style all its own. Open entertainment space extends on to the 40 ft long deck. The many windows and doors allow nature in, complementing the locally sourced live edge countertops in the kitchen. Beautiful views are seen of the lush landscaping, river and distant mountain, from every room. The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

Sleeps 10 comfortably (14 w/air mattresses). Eco-friendly solar panels and geothermal HVAC, your own wildlife refuge and 1-mile path around Silver Lake in New Berlin. Includes a large yard, row boat, paddle board, sports equipment, fire pit, basketball court.

Chenango Lake Cottage

Located on beautiful Chenango Lake, our cottage is easy driving distance from Colgate University (30 min.), Cooperstown (45 min.), Gilbertsville (20 min.), and NYC (3 hr.). Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families welcome. Located lakeside, we offer a beautiful deck, a large yard, a stocked fire pit and a dock. Kayak, swimming and fishing a must! 1/2 basketball court and pickle ball court on property!

Cozy piece of paradise!

Peaceful, cozy, newly renovated cottage with 100 feet of private lakefront property. This sweet cottage is surrounded on two sides by state land and on the other side by tall pine trees. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake. A fire pit is also on-site, but firewood is not supplied. Firewood can be brought in, or there are some bundles available for a small fee. There are two kayaks there for your use.

Cheerful 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Home near Chenango Lake

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Walking distance to Chenango Lake (boating, kayaking, ice fishing), 7 miles from the Northeast Classic Car Museum, Unadilla Motocross is 14 miles from location. Centrally located near Cooperstown All Star Village, Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame and Dream Park. Howe Caverns, the Adirondacks and Catskills are all within a couple hour drive.

West Shore Cottage

Enjoy the peace and tranquility our cottage has to offer overlooking beautiful Chenango Lake. A walk down the driveway will lead you to lake frontage where there are chairs and a gas fire pit. Two kayaks are available for use. Chenango Lake is known for its superb fishing so bring your poles. There is also an additional wood fire pit behind the cottage - we provide the firewood.
