This unit is located in a quiet residential area and is Unit #1 of 3. This unit is located on the left side of the complex and is upstairs. It has 2 small bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bath, and partial kitchen. The kitchen has NO stove but does have a refrigerator and microwave. The tv with a small sitting area is located in the master bedroom. Located near: 10 miles to Gatlinburg, 5 miles to Dollywood, 5 miles to Tanger Outlet Mall, 12 miles to National Park and 30 miles to Clingmans Dome.

Couples get away is a cozy , clean Studio. ( Finished basement) .It has everything you need to spend a wonderful time here in the Smokies. It’s located in a very unique neighborhood, very friendly and calm , but at the same time surrounded by all the attractions the pigeon forge and near cities can offer. It’s a half mile away from Dollywood , Splash country , the Island, food city, Patriot Park, and all the most important atracciones and restaurants in pigeon forge. Host lives on property.

Open kitchen with essentials provided, updated appliances & washer and dryer. Upper and lower decks give access to a view overlooking the valley and Legacy Mountain. Only 9 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Enjoy a walkout downstairs apartment which includes a LR, additional seating area w/sleeper sofa, BR w/king bed, bathroom, dining room, kitchenette, small patio space, private entrance, & parking. The living area has a view and the décor is eclectic and updated. (This space is NOT childproofed, and NOT for small children.) Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).
