The studio is equipped with a fully working AC, A double bed, a single bed and a sofa-bed that can be turned into a double bed, a fully furnished kitchen, one bathroom, satellite internet and an outside area with a wonderful view over the sea. Sea & Sand is located in Herronissos, a picturesque coastal settlement at the northernmost point of the island. It consists of two double rooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a WC. It has a yard literally in front of the sea, which makes it an ideal choice for hosting a family with children. In the neighborhood there is a restaurant, a fish tavern, as well as a grocery store for the supply of all the necessary items that will be needed during the stay.

Το κατάλυμά μας βρίσκεται στην Χερρόνησο, ένα μικρό, γραφικό ψαροχώρι, στο βορειότερο τμήμα της Σίφνου. Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μόνο σπίτι, που ανήκει σε μία φιλική και ήσυχη οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν επίσης δύο ταβερνάκια, mini market και αναψυκτήριο.

Δίπλα στην στάση του λεωφορείου, απέναντι από το mini market Kiki και πάνω από το δωρεάν δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Η ταxύτητα του internet είναι πολύ καλή και πολλοί επισκέπτες έρχονται και για εξ' αποστάσεως εργασία.
