Bayview Cottage on the Atlantic

Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

Miners Den Balsam Hill Cabins

Wilderness Glamping Cabins 200’ hill 22 acres off grid wooded area beautiful views of Mountains, Stream, Britton Prospect with traces of gold, silver and copper, trails around the Balsam Hill. ATV and Snowmobile Trails come right to Balsam Hill Cabins. The Cabins are right on the old Stagecoach Road that is 220 years old. We just fixed Old County Road to the Cabins. Blueberry Dome Farmstay

Sleep under the stars nestled in our Maine Wild Blueberry patch. Just a 3 minute walk down our forest trail, this unique experience will allow you to be immersed in Maine nature and tranquility with some modern comforts. Relax in the hammock, pick a few wild blueberries, have a campfire in the chimera, and fall asleep to the stars. Enjoy comforts such as solar lights and power box, outhouse with a hot shower, sink, and basic composting toilet. Options to add meals, kayaking or farm tour.

Hummingbird

Hummingbird sits about 50 feet from our house and about 150 feet from the shore of Joy Bay. Looking out the windows, you only see woods and water. There are no neighbors in sight. We have a dog who sees it as her duty to give everyone an enthusiastic greeting. The building is 12x16 and has a small bathroom and kitchenette. For cooking, there is an induction cooktop, a toaster oven, and pots and pans. The patio is 10’ by 16’ and has a table with 2 chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor cooktop.

The Maine Getaway - Lakefront with Beach

If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. We try to provide you with all the necessities you may need and are happy to answer any questions. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Our 1.4 acre shore-front family retreat began an 18 month renovation Fall of 2018 & only opened recently - Dishwasher, new beds, Hi-speed Internet no data limit. We fell in love with this quiet coastal sanctuary, the perfect place to reconnect with nature while staying on grid. ☪ At night you'll experience deafening silence under the natural light of the stars. High-speed Internet keeps you connected.

Tunk Stream Lodging

Cozy apartment with private entrance. Enter the mud room into the living room with TV and kitchenette. The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser, closet, TV and vanity. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Very comfortable, cozy space. It is part of our home but very private. We're located on Tunk Stream, 1 mile from the Down East Sunrise Trail. Take a dip in our stream, hike around our area (blueberry barrens) or bring your 4 wheeler and take a run on the trail.

Blueberry Cottage

The Blueberry cottage has all that you need for a comfortable and cozy stay! Located off the beaten path in a quiet and woodsy setting near our organic wild blueberry field. It is centrally located to the waterways and trails in the Downeast region, a half hour drive to the Schoodic Peninsula and about an hour's drive to Acadia National Park and Mount Desert Island. If you're looking for a weekend getaway or vacationing for a week, this is a great choice!

Oceanfront Nordic cabin perched on the edge of Dyer Bay surrounded by large cedar and spruce trees. A perfect retreat nestled in a quiet, private neighborhood off the beaten path. This is where you get away from it all, and enjoy proximity to all the best of Downeast. The view is spectacular, the wildlife abounds and the WiFi is fast! Watch the lobster boats work their traps just in front of the house. Not appropriate for small children. Sorry, NO PETS.
