Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace, Witney, Kidlington, Oxford all very close & easy travelling to Bicester Village, Diddly Squat Farmshop, The Farmers Dog and Cotswold villages.

The Garden Flat is an independent new extension to our converted stone barn in Oxfordshire, just outside Hook Norton on the edge of The Cotswolds with stunning views from every window. Attractively & tastefully furnished with a small kitchenette area, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle - NO OVEN; double bedroom with king size bed & en-suite shower/bathroom. A large patio area with barbecue with table & chairs and stunning views across the valley & sunsets.

The Garden Cottage, Bletchingdon

Relax in our refurbished, self contained garden cottage with its quiet garden. There is a kitchenette a portable induction hob and air fryer. A shower/toilet, A comfortable lounge with TV overlooking the garden through the patio doors. The garden has seating, ideal for sunrise. Parking for 2 cars. The cottage is perfect for local site seeing- Bicester Village, Oxford ,Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds Near Jeremy Clarkson pub and farm shop . We do one night stays from November to March .

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Wisteria Lodge

Self contained, detached annex in the lovely, peaceful village of Croughton. Separate bathroom with power shower and kitchen facilities such as fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The village has a pub (The Blackbird), Co-op shop and tea room. We are around 3 miles from Brackley a local market town which offers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, takeaways etc. We are approx. 2 miles from Aynho Park and the Great Barn at Aynho - fantastic Wedding venues. We are 15 mins from Silverstone.

Bibury Hidden Dovecote (Grade II Listed)

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Light & airy detached loft style accommodation. It has a double bed, small kitchenette with toaster, kettle, complimentary tea/coffee/milk, WiFi/Smart TV. The shower room has underfloor heating with hand wash & towels provided. Complete with off road parking. An ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and Bicester Heritage. Please note that the ceiling above the bed is sloping and although not steep, you will need to watch your head.

This lovely self-contained annexe makes a cosy home-from-home for the business traveller, or a great place for a weekend escape. We are well placed for businesses in Daventry, Banbury and Brackley, as well as all the attractions of Silverstone, Oxford, Bicester Village and Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon. I can provide breakfast (and other meals) by arrangement.
