1300sf A-frame cabin on a wooded 1.5 acre private lot. Quick access to the 400 acre Lake Ashuelot! Sunapee and Crotched mountains nearby for skiing/snowboarding & racks. The cabin has 3 levels of living, 3 queen beds, 2 living room areas, 2 smart T.V’s, DVD player & over 100 dvd’s, adult and child board games & books. All the kitchen gadgets you’ll need for an eat in night. Coffee bar for your pleasure! BBQ & outside patio with plenty of seating! Enjoy the abundance of nature & peaceful setting!

Rustic seasonal cottage

Enjoy the simple things in life! This rustic cottage is ideal for those who want to unplug, go back to basics and enjoy some peaceful camp time. This cottage has been my family’s retreat for generations. Cottage does not have air conditioning or heat and is meant for summer use. There are wall and ceiling fans throughout the cottage. Lake access is only separated by a dirt road. No cable TV or Internet; cell phone service is good. Feel free to make use of the board games and DVD library.

Nestled within the woods of Stoddard, NH, Rocky Ledge is a year-round family getaway. Our cozy log cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a lower-level family room perfect for relaxing. Enjoy outdoor dining on the large 3-sided deck, and cap off your days with s'mores sessions at the fire pit! Boating, hiking, swimming, and skiing are minutes away. Or, get cozy indoors and enjoy movies, puzzles, and games. Rocky Ledge is pet-friendly! We welcome up to two dogs with a flat $50 pet fee.
