Charming country cottage within walking distance of the market town of Sandbach. Large driveway and only 5 minutes drive from J17 M6. Two light and airy double bedrooms, situated next to each other. Travel cot and/or single blow up mattress available. There is only one set of guests at any one time (whether you use two bedrooms or one). Tea & coffee making facilities & small fridge in room. Separate sitting room. Continental breakfast provided. The host does live at back of the property.

My house is located in a quiet area of Tean, away from main roads, with the front overlooking a river and countryside. It is 6.6m from Alton Towers, and close to Uttoxeter Race Course, JCB and The Potteries. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, guest lounge, garden and front balcony. 3 private parking spaces to the rear of the property, and free visitor car park also on site. A larger en-suite bedroom is also available to book, with a TV and drink making facilities.

Great transport links: 20 mins to Manchester (train) and 15 mins to the Airport (car) Wi-Fi, light breakfast, tea/coffee. Dogs are very welcome, I have a (shy) dog too!
