TRF2 - Studio Room close to River Cam

This ground floor compact studio features a private bathroom and a convenient kitchenette, making it an ideal choice for most travelers. The room includes a standard double bed, wardrobe, study desk with a chair, and a television for your comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle, microwave, and washing machine. Guests also have access to a larger communal kitchen for additional cooking needs. High-speed, reliable fibre-optic internet is available throughout the property.

You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s.

A tiny but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.
