Built in the 1990s by our grandmother and her partner, this legacy home is thoughtfully cared for and designed as a place to slow down, weather-watch, and reconnect with the coast. Walk to beaches, restaurants, and shops, or stay in and enjoy the view. Ideal for romantic getaways, quiet family escapes, girls’ weekends, and fishing or hiking trips.

Elk Beach View

Elk Beach View, a place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for your cooking/baking needs along with the tableware to enjoy your creations. The bedrooms are thoughtfully created with comfort in mind. Smart TV’s are mounted in the bedrooms and living room and Internet is high speed. The deck provides indoor and outdoor living space with a hot tub overlooking the trees and providing ocean views. Activities surround the area and the coastal views are included.

There are gardens year around, transformed in winter by local fairies and twinkling lights.

Let the fun begin! Come and Enjoy the abundant wildlife of the Chetco River on 5 private acres. This is a spacious 2 level home with a coastal country feel. Private swimming, kayaking & fishing areas with lots of space to walk around and enjoy nature.  An abundance of wildlife: Deer, White Egrets, Blue heron, Pelican, Osprey and a seal family too! Enjoy the sights of the river by taking a morning paddle on the provided kayaks or stroll on foot at low tide at the foot of the Chetco.

It has an expansive deck with private stairs leading down a secluded driftwood strewn beach. At LOW TIDE, enjoy a stroll on the beach to the harbor jetty, about one mile away. Lilly Glen Treehouse is in the most magical and enchanting setting. Nestled in a very Jurassic looking gully and overlooking a 40foot waterfall, this is truly a one of a kind experience. Although you have exclusive use of the treehouse, you still have access to all of Taylor Creek Lodge's amenities . Enjoy a treehouse experience in luxury. A continental breakfast basket is included each morning. Sorry, no children under 12 years old.
