This charming villa, situated in the heart of Wainui, is full of character. With panoramic views overlooking Akaroa Harbour and the surrounding hills, this is a superb spot to relax and unwind. This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. Coringa Farm Cottage is the home block of the original 7000 acre Coringa Station, Unique landscape surrounded by nature. Located 5 minutes from Motunau Seaside village, & 10 minutes from Greta Valley Pub & Cafe, Scargill Golf Club & Wedding Venue. This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year.
