Safari Tent Set Next To A Historic Steam Railway

Our tents have an open plan layout with plush furnishings including a king size bed, wood burning stove, which doubles up as an oven, and a sofa bed. The internal space measures 4 x 5.4 metres and is erected on raised wooden platforms which insulate the tents from the ground. To the front of the tent is the veranda with a barbeque, gas hob, fridge, ice tray and food preparation area. The outdoor seating is perfect for al fresco dining (the washing up area is also close by). Plates etc provided.

Camby, our beloved converted ambulance is static on our drive with electric hook-up, heating, EV charging and WiFi available. Great for an overnight stay, or if you are working at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre which is a 20 minute walk from us. Basic, but a bit quirky and if you like staying in unusual places this is perfect. The local train station is a 15 minute walk away. Driveway parking is free. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Ivy - the Hideaway

Stay in Ivy, our newly converted vintage caravan in our peaceful and beautiful field (Night Pastures) in the South Downs National Park. With only a handful of glamping sites and camping pitches available at any one time, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy peace and solitude in the wonder of nature. There is access to fresh water and a hand made compost loo and shower. There is no electricity so you can enjoy a wonderful romantic wild camping experience.

The Oaks - peaceful, scenic camping for tents

Bring your own tent to our tiny quiet campsite with no electric hook up and space for a few pitches (depending on size) with views over the field where our sheep, poultry and llama live. There are two separate areas, both large enough for up to 8 people. Although there is no direct access to your pitch for vehicles, parking is only a few yards away. August 2026 update: Please note that due to extraordinary drought conditions campfires may not be possible.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

Guests are welcome to access the beach at the end of our 200ft garden via a gate. Decking area near the gate just for guests' use overlooking beach Outdoor seating area next to caravan with Sea Views Opposite the caravan, attached to our bungalow is a private shower room with toilet and basin.
