The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. Earnley Gate is a beautiful house and short distance to the Beach and Medmerry nature reserve. Very conveniently located about 5 miles south of Chichester as well as the renowned Goodwood Estate. Located down a quiet street with a large secured garden, the house is a generous size with bright and airy rooms. The kitchen is high spec and has everything needed for easy self catering. With a comfortable lounge and separate formal dining room, you can enjoy relaxed luxury for up to 6 people.

The Flint House is in a beautiful, peaceful location on the edge of the South Downs. Guests have their own front door, king size bed, en suite private bathroom and a wonderful breakfast serving locally sourced food in our farmhouse kitchen. We are very close to Goodwood, Chichester with The Festival Theatre, West Dean gardens, the Weald and Downland Museum where the Repair Shop is filmed, Farbridge Barns and only 25 minutes from the coast. Tea and coffee and homemade cakes are supplied.

Ground floor annexe with shower room (by request). Southwest facing garden. Parking permits BY REQUEST at time of booking. WIFI. Help yourself to coffee/tea, juice, toast and muesli for breakfast from 7-10 am. Cleaning: £10 per room. £40 for whole house letting. Rooms will be ready by 4pm on the day of your arrival.

Peaceful room in a Victorian house

Stay in the centre of Midhurst in this unique Victorian house built in 1890. Within a five minute stroll of the shops and cafes yet also to wonderful walks within 10 minutes in the South Downs National Park. Enjoy the evening sunset on the patio or hang out in the wildlife garden. The bedroom has a kettle and guests can use the kitchen. There's no official breakfast but there are oven bake frozen croissants, fresh coffee beans with grinder and cafetière to help yourself to.

Double room in a pretty rural cottage

A quintessentially English country cottage tucked away down a lane surrounded by woods and fields and yet only a 15 minute drive from the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester. Guests have a private sitting/dining room and a private bathroom ( not ensuite) This is the perfect rural retreat to relax and explore the South Downs National Park. Please note the guest bed is a standard double size and the stairs to the room are quite steep.A generous breakfast is provided.

It is a very attractive modern detached house in a quiet location on the north/east side of Chichester with free parking and views over Goodwood motor racing circuit and the South Downs. We are 5 minutes walk from St Richard's hospital. Also easily accessed from the A27 and a 20 minute walk to Chichester city centre. A cosy and comfortable double room with a shared bathroom. Breakfast included. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers.

On arriving there is plenty of parking. The front door leads to a large hallway, rooms are to the right and are private to the rest of the house. Guests have a comfortable private space including a modern en-suite, dinning table, tv, tea coffee, wardrobe & additional folding bed With views to Goodwood and my garden. This room is a twin room which can sleep 2 adults DYSON COOL FAN located in both rooms Rooms are cleaned to Airbnb cleaning protocol .

The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

We have a double room to offer in our 1845 period house in Chichester with off road parking available. We are less than 2 miles to Goodwood motor racing circuit and close to Weald & Downland Living Museum where “Repair Shop” is filmed. 15 minutes walk to centre of town and The Chichester Festival Theatre is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Single room also available (only bookable with this room and/or double en-suite room.)

The Chicken Shed

The` Chicken shed` is a cosy 1 bedroom annexe with en-suite shower room, on the courtyard of Highground Barn, which is a traditional Sussex flint barn originally built in 1760 and converted in 2004. The property sits at the end of a quiet country lane in Barnham village surrounded by fields of grazing horses, and is an ideal location to stay and relax. A stay at the `Chicken Shed` is sure to be a peaceful and relaxing time.
