An abundance of nightlife is within walking distance including restaraunts, music and entertainment venues. Iconic Chico staples such as Madison Bear Garden and Chico state rose garden are walking distance as well . A one of a kind property for a one of a kind experience. It is in a central downtown location above a bar music venue so it can be loud.

My place is about a mile and a half away from the University and Hospital. Downtown is about a 10 minute drive. Lower Bidwell Park is near downtown. Cable TV with HBO and TCM movie channels plus some sports channels. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. I like to rent to long term guests, which is why I give a discount for a month, and prefer to rent for 3 months. Many traveling nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist have stayed for their typical 13 week assignment.
