Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)

Welcome to Frankin! This is a beautiful Victorian duplex that is close to everything you need. One side of the house is the rental and my wife and I live on the other side. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Northampton and just minutes from Smith College. There is also a nice park a couple of blocks down the road as well!

Our restored historic home in downtown Northampton is perfect for folks visiting the area. Whether you're in town for a weekend or a month this house will make you feel like Northampton is your home. Nestled between two brick buildings, it's a great spot for couples, families, business travelers and vacationers. Our home is also great for visiting the local colleges.

Cozy Cape - near downtown, schools and park

This charming cape was built in the 1960's and was recently updated. It is less than a mile from the Williston Northampton School and the athletic fields. It is also a short walk to the center of Easthampton, Nonotuck Park and the Manhan Rail Trail. Cozy and comfortable, it is the perfect base for exploring all that Easthampton & the Pioneer Valley has to offer!
