Relax at this cozy, tranquil cottage on our small farm in the country outside Gainesville yet close to Santa Fe College, High Springs and Alachua. Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.
