Enjoy easy access to everything you need like groceries, fast food, and everyday essentials—all just around the corner! The garage is not available at this time.

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

New amenities include: high-speed unlimited WiFi, new kitchen counter with bar stools, upgraded solar batteries for more power, and a rebuilt deck. A private rustic driveway takes you past the "Wild & Scenic" Feather River, into the mountains to this peaceful getaway, just 1.5 miles from town. Close to groceries & restaurants, a great base camp!

In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer and coffee. The mountain tap water is great to drink. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a Fire TV set up for streaming shows. Another Fire TV is in the bedroom. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)
