Welcome to Posada Xetiox! A charming 6 unit rental with lake views located in the heart of San Antonio Palopo. San Antonio is a primarily Indigenous community with a population of 12,000, located less than a 30 minute car ride from Panajachel. This is a great place to stay to be a part of authentic modern Maya culture. While there is certainly less night life than Panajachel, San Antonio boasts magical panoramic views of the lake, historical sites, artisan shopping, great swimming & local food.

The sceneries of the three volcanoes that stand right in front of you on the opposite side of the lake would make you want to hold your breath and not let go. Sunrises and sunsets are constantly changing, day in and day out. Being in lake Atitlan is a memorable experience that will last for a lifetime.

It is a very secluded property with no "neighbors" on either side. To the east is the soft flowing Parankaya River. To the west are undeveloped grounds which are also part of the villa grounds. The Villa is Absolutely Amazing. It is Paradise. Volcano Views! 1 camera outside to garden/lake.
