You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi, firewood, and Netflix are included. Contact us to remove 7.5% levy

Family friendly beach house within walking distance to surf beach inlet and town. Equiped with bedding, towels, etc or can bring own. Porta cot available, but need to bring own linen for this . Pets are welcome, with a fenced yard. Please be thoughtful and clean up after your pets. BBQ in shady back garden for outside entertainment. This beautiful, modern beach house is just 5 mins walk to Ned Neales lookout and the wonderful Sandy Point beach. The house is just 6 years old and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full size laundry and a lovely open plan kitchen/living space which flows seamlessly onto the covered deck. The kitchen is well kitted out with a Belling stove, microwave & dishwasher. Large tables both inside and out ensure there is space for everyone, perfect for a social getaway with family or friends.
