Newly Constructed 2nd-Story Studio Apartment

Our guests can't say enough & pictures just don't do it justice! From the luxury linens & complimentary amenities, we have tried to think of everything! Enjoy a quiet get-a-way just for two or relax with the whole family at this beautiful, newly constructed home located 1/4 mile off Route 13 & less than an hour from area beaches. There are two units with separate outside entrances, but they can be rented together if you need more space. This listing is for the upstairs open studio apartment.

Historic St. Mary's City, MD

1,000 square foot two-bedroom, one bath waterfront apartment features separate entrance and a screened-in porch overlooking the St. Mary’s River. Property has a large dock and a small private beach. Jellyfish, crabs, and oysters make swimming challenging, although many swim off the dock in the deeper water. No Diving! Dogs are welcome. We just ask that they be on a leash. The apartment is attached to part of the house where we reside, although it is sealed off and nothing is shared.

This charming OC studio promises nothing but good vibes! The studio has a full bath, an open layout with an electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer. Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

The studio apartment(above main house) is a short walk to the beach (which is on the property.) Studio is fully furnished including linens, towels, hairdryer, pots, pans, etc. Coffee shops and restaurants within a mile, marinas are less than a mile to launch your boat. Fabulous views of the Bay, full kitchen, spacious bath and your own private back yard. There is a dock to fish from or sit and watch the sunrise and set. There is also a small beach. Dog friendly , sorry no cats.
