Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

This 50 m2 apartment is designed to accommodate up to 3 guests offering an unforgettable stay with its stunning sea views and prime downtown location. It features an open plan living area, with a cozy Queen-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed separated by a bookcase. For your convenience, the apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a washing machine, a TV and a big closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, fresh towels, and all essential bath amenities.

It is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests
