The house is located in an area of Tuscany called 'GARFAGNANA' (CHIOZZA - Castiglione G.na), located at 800 mt. The last 6 km are of good mountain road but uphill and with curves. It is a recently restored stone farmhouse with a heated pool that can also be used in spring and autumn and a hot tub up to 36 degrees. The house is structured on 3 levels, ideal for family vacations and relaxing days. It is facing SOUTH and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the picturesque mountains the Apuan Alps.-

A 7km di distanza dal Passo delle Radici/ San Pellegrino in Alpe e Castiglione di Garfagnana ( uno dei Borghi più belli d’Italia). In prossimità della casa si trova un piccolo pollaio, con possibilità di uova a km 0. disponibilità di letto aggiuntivi su richiesta. Presenza di WI-FI.. possibilità di noleggio MTB e E-MTB!

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

Le Macine è un vecchio mulino ristrutturato situato all'interno di un allevamento ittico a Villa Collemandina sulle rive del fiume Corfino,luogo isolato immerso nella natura, Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e la pace. La casa indipendente di circa 80 metri quadri è composta da un ampio soggiorno con divano e TV,2 camere e bagno con vasca.
