Surry Hills is one of the city's most vibrant suburbs, with many of Sydney's major attractions just a walk away. Cafes, bars, restaurants, and a mini supermarket and liquor store are all within 150 metres. Building is powered by 38 solar panels on the roof. I hope to install batteries to make the building carbon neutral 6 month of the year.
